This policy covers the 6foxes website (6foxes.com) and Ashley, the private assistant app of 6foxes.

The website

The website has no user accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies.
It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site securely.

Ashley is used only by the owner of 6foxes. It isn't offered to the public, and no one else can sign in to it.
With the owner's permission, Ashley connects to the owner's own Google account. It can read and organize the owner's Gmail, view and manage their Google Calendar, and work with their Google Drive files, contacts, Sheets and Docs.
Ashley uses this data only to carry out the owner's own requests, such as summarizing new mail, sorting it into labels, or adding a calendar event.
Ashley asks the owner before it sends an email, changes the calendar, or shares or deletes a file.
Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone else. The only outside services that see it are the AI services Ashley uses to carry out requests (currently xAI and OpenAI), under the owner's own accounts.
Anything Ashley keeps, such as notes and message history, is stored on the owner's private server.
The owner can remove Ashley's access at any time in their Google Account, under Your connections to third-party apps & services.
